1. Who we are

“FindYam,” “we,” and “us” refer to operators of this site associated with RJEC (contact: rjec@teamrjec.com). Live reference facility: cars.jmministorage.com (JM Cars / JM Mini Storage & Car Wash, Watkinsville GA).

2. What this site is

• Is: teaching for local business owners — use your property / fleet to rent cars, list cars, and source drivers with online booking, payments, Google ops, and screening.
• Is: a map of compliance themes used by major marketplace and car-share platforms (with links to their official terms).
• Is not: Uber, Turo, Lyft, or any third-party app; not a franchise FDD; not a self-serve “software box” sale; not automatic key handoff.

3. Third-party platform terms (official sources)

When you use a third-party platform, that platform’s current terms control your account on that platform. FindYam does not restate those documents in full and does not bind Uber or Turo. Operators must read and accept the live policies themselves.

Uber Technologies, Inc. (U.S. Terms of Use, last modified 6/9/2026 as published):

• Themes (summary only): Uber provides a digital marketplace platform; it is generally not a common carrier transporting passengers; third-party drivers/providers are independent; users must follow applicable law and Uber policies; providing rides is also governed by separate driver/platform agreements where applicable.

Turo Inc. (Terms of Service, last revised June 24, 2026 as published):

• Themes (summary only): Turo connects hosts (vehicle owners) and guests (bookers); hosts must provide a safe, legally registered and insured vehicle with clean title and good condition; guests must be licensed and care for the car; verification/background processes may apply; protection/earnings plans have separate product terms; gray-market off-platform deals can violate their rules.

How RJEC uses this: we teach owners to meet the same class of duties (identity, license, insurance, vehicle fitness, written rules, no fake coverage) whether the booking is on a big app or on a facility lot we help install.

4. No legal, tax, or insurance advice

Content and AI answers are general information only. They do not create an attorney–client relationship. Obtain independent legal, tax, regulatory, and insurance advice before operating. AI can be wrong. Personal auto policies often exclude rideshare, livery, and peer rental.

5. Commercial terms (including any “11%” figure)

Any fee percentage (including an illustrative ~11% of eligible mobility volume), stack description (Cloudflare, Stripe, Google Drive/Calendar), or inclusion list is a discussion draft until a written agreement is signed. Card-network / Stripe processing fees may be separate.

6. Trademarks

Uber, Lyft, Turo, Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, and others are trademarks of their respective owners. FindYam / RJEC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies unless a separate written partnership says so.

7. Historical “Yam” metaphor

Educational metaphor for distributed local nodes only. No historical endorsement or government affiliation.

8. Program risks

• Keys and possession stay under the vehicle owner / authorized facility.
• Screening (MVR, background, drug testing where required) should use proper portals — not chat.
• Airport parking and commercial transport can create bailment, premises, and licensing issues — facility-specific.
• No representation that any program is lawful in every jurisdiction without local review.

9. Privacy & data classes

Do not submit SSNs, full bank/PAN numbers, full credit reports, or biometrics into site chat. Use designated partner portals for screening (e.g. DOT / Lab Testing Solutions workflows where configured).

10. AI & voice

Chat/voice may use Cloudflare Workers AI and optional model routers. Do not record third parties without a lawful basis. Features may be unavailable or inaccurate.

11. No warranties; limitation

THE SITE AND AI FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RJEC AND SITE OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.
